My blog: scope

Hi!

I’m Tess Langfield, a third year PhD student at Cambridge. I’m planning to use this space for (sporadic) blogs about my research, conferences, and so on…

I work with the Behaviour and Health Research Unit, which aims to provide evidence on health behaviour change (for more info on our research, see this short video). The health behaviour which I focus on for my PhD is drinking. More specifically, I am investigating the impact of glassware design (e.g. the size, shape, or fullness of a glass) on how much, how fast, or ~how~ we drink.

If you’re interested in my research, or have any questions/comments/concerns, feel free to email me (tirl2@medschl.cam.ac.uk). You can also follow me on Twitter (@tessisabel, although I use this infrequently!).

I hope you find my blog interesting!

Tess
